Since 1980s, Daeshin Melamine Industry Co., Ltd. has produced Melamine-faced sheets, an environment-friendly material made from thermosetting resin synthesis. In 1990s, the company moved to Inchoen Namdong industrial complex, newly equipped with the state-of-the-art facilities, and has concentrated on improving the quality and variety of the products. A brand of "Melapan" has expanded its market to abroad, and by 2001, an overseas branch opened in Qingdao region of China, showing a solid growth with a localized production system.
